  • I will consider well-trained/behaved small pets, for a yearly $500 non-refundable fee per pet. There is also a large, fenced, dog-friendly park adjacent to the condo.
  • Year-to-year lease term preferred, shorter leases negotiable for a higher monthly rate. Longer leases are welcome!

A teacher, F, 26; mechanical engineer, 36, F and bought her own place after leaving mine; last was a fireman, m, 41, and also left and bought a new place.
