If cancelled 30 days or more prior to move in, the deposit is refunded. Within 30 days of moving in there is a $1000 charge. After three months you can give 40 days notice to end or extend (example notice given Jan 20 for Mar 1). All requests are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
