Besides having an excellent selection of building amenities, each unit has air conditioning. There is a secure front door entrance, as well as a live front door 'video feed' which can be viewed right from your own television. To provide additional service and safety for our tenants, Evergreen Estates has full time office management available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. After hours, we also have a full-time late night security guard. This way we are able to offer our tenants exceptional security and customer service. We are also able to offer our tenants safe and secure underground and upper parkade level parking for their vehicle(s).
