Monte Carlo is located at the corner of Main Street and Edmonton Avenue in the heart of Penticton, BC, conveniently located within 10 minutes walking distance of all the necessary amenities including Safeway and Shoppers Drug Mart. A 15-minute walk or a quick ride on the Number 5 bus takes you into Penticton's quaint and historic downtown or the beautiful beaches of Okanagan Lake.

Monte Carlo features bright and spacious studios, classic and renovated, one and two-bedroom suites with well-equipped kitchens and large balconies for most suites. Rent includes hot water, and on-site laundry is also available. Parking is available for $40 per month. For the comfort of all residents, Monte Carlo is a smoke-free and pet-free building.
