Spacious home, minutes from shopping and dining. Less than 5km from the airport and less than ten minutes from shopping and dining. A block away is a nice open space with walking trails.

Located in Deer Valley, the home was built in 2005 and has 2 levels and 1250sq ft. of space with an unfinished basement. It has everything you need to have a fantastic stay. Guests have full access to the house, while I reside in the basement with my treat loving dog.

Sleeping - Your room is on the top floor along with the main bathroom. In your room there is a smart tv, full length mirror and a comfortable bed from Hush

Main Bathroom - There is soap, shampoo & conditioner as well as a hairdryer.
Linens are in the closet across from the main bathroom

Parking - In located in front of the house. There is an outlet by the front door if you need to plug in your vehicle

Living Room - Is spacious and has comfortable leather recliners, workstation and a 60inch smart tv. You might even find some jars of sweets. Your to enjoy.

Kitchen - Has everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal. The table seats four. You will find a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots & pans, toaster and rapid boil toaster. You will find all the spices above the stove and space for dry goods in the top corner cupboard. For any left overs there are storage containers in the cupboard to the left of the kitchen sink. Fresh products are not supplied.

Guest access - Is through the front door. There is a closet for jackets and a area for footwear. Keycodes will be provided prior to check in.

Home Security - Aside from the keyless entry there are cameras located on the outside of the home. There are two cameras on the front of the home and one on the garage.

The guests have access to the common areas which include the living room, front porch to enjoy a book or their favorite beverage as well as the bathroom on both the main level and just off of your room. As well as the kitchen should your stay be longer than a few days.

The following are some house rules to keep in mind during your stay

- There is room to park one vehicle in front of the house which is free
- Quiet Time is between 10pm and 7am
- The home and premises is non smoking
- I do live downstairs with my dog buy am not always on site feel free to message me with any questions. Be sure to mention this listing if your inquiring.
- Footwear is not to be worn in the house and can be placed in the front closet or mat
- During the winter an extension cord will be provided to plug in your vehicle
- Dishwasher is not to be used by guests
