The Residences on Augusta is an Independent Living Apartment Building for Seniors in the heart of Historic Downtown Hamilton. With more than all the comforts of home, we're a place where quality senior's care meets excellence in seniors' accommodation.
 

Our residents enjoy suites complete with a private 4-piece bathroom, kitchenettes (with fridge and stove) and liberal closet space. All suites come with individual climate control. Heat, hydro and water are included in the monthly rent. Every one of our rooms offers a beautiful living space and are available in four sizes.

Your accommodation cost includes our silver housekeeping service plan which involves a professional cleaning of your apartment each week. Alternatively, try our gold plan which also includes personal laundry service.
 

Our dining room delivers nutritious meals three times a day when you don't want to worry about groceries and meal preparation.  You can purchase individual meal tickets or meal cards at an affordable price.
