We are pre-leasing for June 2024, and viewings are by appointment only.

• The security deposit is the same as the rent
• Heat is included in the rent. Power, Water, Parking, and Tenant Insurance are paid by the tenant.
• Surface Parking rates are $75/month and underground parking is $125/month. Please note that parking stalls are building specific.
• We allow cats and dogs with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 plus a monthly pet rent of $25/month for cats and $50/month for dogs. All dogs need to pass a pet interview before being approved.
