Process To Obtaining Tenancy:
(1) All responses, applicants, and interested parties will complete the preliminary interest form (https://form.jotform.com/emailcontactv/Preliminary-Tenant-Interest-Form-1)
(2) Once interest forms and applications have been initially screened, viewing time will be offered to these candidates.
(3) In-person viewing will be scheduled, to show the property, ask any questions, finalize the price, and discuss any other items.
(4) The Lease and final check form 2 (https://form.jotform.com/emailcontactv/tenant-check-form-2) will be sent out to perform verification steps.
(5) Once final checks are satisfied, the Lease will be signed and the move-in inspection checklist filled.
(6) Once all checks are done, the lease is signed and the move-in inspection is complete, official keys/handoff of the property will be done.
