Furnished bedroom in back of house comes with off street parking, private entrance, private furnished sunroom, private pantry/refrigerator, shared access to enormous, beautiful back yard. You have a lockable door separating your space from the rest of the house, and your own thermostat that runs a separate furnace for your area. This "room" is practically a separate, furnished suite, except for the shared kitchen and laundry, and if you wish to utilize a microwave and hot plate, you could completely avoid the shared kitchen. There's a dedicated weight room that you may access in the front. Any dogs are subject to pre-screening by myself and my very old, mellow lab X. There is a separately fenced side yard for dogs to run free. Half damage deposit if no dog.

You only have one roommate, me: I'm a single Dad living in the front of the house and my little girl visits twice a week. I spend my spare time exercising and tinkering in the shop. I'm living a quiet life and looking for a roommate (or couple, negotiable) who values and respects privacy and peaceful co-existence.
