Separate entry from back yard and it is covered with a roof. There are surveillance cameras surrounding the home. Separate unit address and mailbox. 2 minutes walk to bus-stops, close to YMCA, shopping, and Tuscany LRT.
Couple will be given preference as we are also living in the upper unit with two kids.
Pet, party etc. wouldn’t be allowed.
Credit scores and proof of income, reference from previous homeowners and rental home insurance will be required.
