1 bedroom/shared bathroom with owner for single female only.

I have one bedroom (quite spacious) for rent on a temporary, short term basis from 30 days up to 90 days maximum. I am only looking to share with a single, female. You must work at a day job 5 days per week Monday - Friday (as I work a hybrid schedule). This is meant to be a quiet space, where you can rest, cook, relax, do your laundry. No guests allowed.

My apartment is a 5 minute walk to transit and 15 minutes to downtown (when not in rush hour traffic). West hills shopping with all amenities is 10 minutes away by car.

If you want a designated parking stall it is 50.00.

For 30 days rent I only require a 500.00 security deposit. From 30-90 days I require the security deposit equivalent to the rent.

I will provide all the cleaning for the shared spaces and ask that you clean the room before you leave. I will supply the cleaning supplies.
