My girlfriend and I are looking to rent out our spare room. The house is a custom home and was designed with double master suites. The bedroom is large with very large windows, a walk-in closet, an attached private bathroom with heated tile floors, double vanity sinks, and a walk-in shower.

The main floor has a high-end kitchen and a living room with an electric fireplace that will be shared space.

There is also a large hot tub that we'd be willing to share (ask for more details if interested).

About us:

Me and my girlfriend are in our mid-late 20's and are both full time students. We have a lab that will be living with us from time to time so you'll have to be okay being around dogs. The house won't have many furnishings in the beginning but we will filling out the house throughout the year. Ideally, we'd be looking to share the space with another couple or students/young professionals but are open to anyone that may be interested.
