PARKING: You would be required to register your vehicle with the REGISTRY to the address of this home (which means your insurance also has to be registered to the home) in order to secure street parking. The fee for the parking is yearly $45 (1st) and $70 (2nd). You would have one visitor pass to use for the street (it's on an APP so you can continuously change the license plate at will) however there is also parking for 2 small vehicles in the back lane should you need it for a day/evening. Otherwise there is 2 hour parking just one house away around the corner or at the community center down the street.

Furnished would include: Couch, coffee table, large dining table, large hutch, large mirror, night tables (2), 2 queen metal bed frames (allows storage underneath the entire bed), 3 bar stools, 2 TV's (in master and in living room), entrance bench and mirror, front balcony wrap around patio set and fire table, shoe rack, large chairs for sitting in the back yard.
