We prioritize maintaining this suite and ensuring that it is always kept neat and tidy to ensure the best experience for you. The suite entails a private, separate side entrance with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen for you perusal. Each bedroom is well ventilated with a window, and contains both a closet and a bed. With a dresser in one and a nightstand in the other we provide multiple storage options to keep yourself organized during your stay.
Our bathroom is well maintained and contains a bathtub, shower sink and toilet.
The living space is equipped with a couch, a coffee table, a television and a study table. Perfect for ensuring both productivity and comfort during your stay. Our kitchen is fully equipped with grand quantity countertops and appliances that will ensure you have the best experience. Modern appliances included in the kitchen include a stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker, and a microwave as well as dining utensils and tableware for your convenience.
We ensure that our basement suite is well ventilated with a sufficient amount of windows to let in light and cool air on warm summer days.
Our suite is located in a safe and friendly community, close to the airport and surrounded by shops, libraries, gyms, and playgrounds. We can ensure high speed wifi and TV. Free parking is available and we highly encourage visitors to park on the right hand side of the house to ensure no disruption to neighbors or surrounding houses.
