The basement includes a bar with sink, full reclining electric theatre seating and a 70' T.V. with subwoofer and speakers that are in place and yours to use if you choose (if not, I will put them in the storage room). There is also a pool table exclusive to the basement as well.

I like people in general. I am about family and having apparent communication regularity, so we make this an excellent experience for each other.


I grew up in the community of Douglasdale, and it is an excellent community for biking, riding, and walking. Play golf with quick access to Fish Creek Park and shop a few minutes walk, drive, or bike away. My wife stays in Edmonton full time as she works there and has family commitments so that I will be alone most of the time, or every couple of weeks, I go there. I'm in the process of starting a drone and media company for real estate and other services.
