We are looking for a tenant to join our warm, funky and welcoming office space. We are looking for the right 'fit' - an individual (or up to 2 people in one shared office) who shares similar values, cultural fit and whose work aligns with an open office environment. This is a semi-private shared office space. We occupy the main floor and yourself and one other tenant occupy the loft workspaces. You will have lots of privacy in the upstairs area with the added benefit of energy of coworkers.
The space:
- Upstairs loft area is comprised of 3 workspaces. One is rented, one is available, and the third is used as a common break-out area with a couch and whiteboard.
- Workspace can hold 1-2 desks and layout is customizable. Use our furniture currently in the space, or bring your own
- Bright, open and airy area
- Rent includes access to the kitchen, meeting rooms, board room and break out rooms
- Street level access, no elevator use required!
- Big, bright windows for year-round sun, with air conditioning!
- While the building is accessible, the loft area is not, so tenant must be able to climb one flight of stairs
