Foreign to Downtown Winnipeg living, previously known as the Winnipeg Sheraton,160 Smith St. awaits you. The 271 room hotel has been converted to 181 luxurious one and two bedroom suites.  A curtain window system and a glass facade will create a fresh modern look to the tower. Additionally, a glamorous lobby has been designed to further the magnificent theme of the building. Suites in the eighteen million dollar downtown revitalization will feature a new kitchen with dark cabinets, and a set of four full-sized appliances, complimented by maple flooring and large ceramic tile.  Modern pot lighting with a dimmer and a new fireplace are installed to create atmosphere.  Sixteen and twenty-four foot wide windows will provide a panoramic view of the city, from each of the 21 floors.  Tenants will also enjoy large bedrooms with large closets.  New bathrooms will have new tubs, large vanities and mirrors.

Gem Equities is proud to equip each suite with pre-wiring for surround sound, high speed internet and with fiber optic technology.  Other innovative upgrades have been receiving much publicity in Winnipeg.
