Our Policy:
- All reservations require a security deposit of $1,000.00.
- Reservations for stays 30 days or less require full payment.
- Daily & Weekly Rates are subject to taxes (5% PST and 7% GST).
- 30 Nights constitute one month.
- Check in Time: 4:00 p.m. up to 10:00 p.m.on arrival date
- Check Out Time: 10:00 a.m. on departure date
- All published rates are subject to change without notice.
- Non-Smoking Policy:
For our guests enjoyment, all our executive and deluxe class furnished
suites are non-smoking. In addition, the City of Mississauga By-Laws
prohibits smoking in all common areas of the building to include
stairwells, elevators and amenities.
- Cancellation Policy:
- One week prior to arrival date, there is a 3 night daily rate charge
plus applicable taxes. This applies on a confirmed reservation secured
with deposit.
- Other confirmed reservations will be charged an administrative fee of
$100.00.
- In the event of any changes to the departure date during the occupancy
of the Furnished Suite, the Arista Furnished Suites requires fourteen (14)
days written notice.
