Collection Administrator candidates must possess sound knowledge of the Landlord & Tenant Act with excellent writing, computer and customer service/people skills. At least two years experience in the property management industry is required. Rent collection experience would be a definite asset. Duties include processing all paperwork pertaining to rent collection, new tenancy applications, vacating notices, and lease renewals. Salary commensurate with experience.
